Payment in full is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis.
training Policy
Dog training involves all dogs in the household and is done in a fear- and force-free manner. No aversive equipment shall be used at any time. The trainer will make every reasonable effort to help the Client achieve training and behavior modification goals but makes no guarantee of the Dog's performance or behavior as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultation. The client understands they must continue with training to see continued results.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for the hourly service must be given within 48 hours prior to the service date to receive a 50% refund or credit. No refunds or credits will be given if notice is less than 48 hours.
Cancellation requests for the Live-In service must be given 2 weeks prior to the service beginning date or the first date of Pet Sitter travel to receive a 50% refund or credit. No refunds or credit will be given for notice less than 2 weeks.
travel expenses policy
When traveling beyond the 20-mile daily rate radius, the Client agrees to pay for expenses incurred which covers gas and hotel.
security cameras
You must notify us of any and all security cameras on the premises, both indoor and outdoor including nanny cams. No cameras may be used in bathrooms or bedrooms. You may not record audio during our stay and no audio or video recordings may be published or made public in any way. During Live-In service, we operate under a No Indoor Cameras policy.
no smoking policy
For the health of the pet sitter, service shall not be provided for clients who smoke or vape any and all substances.
Complete policies and procedures are in our Terms of Service Contract that all Clients must review and sign before beginning service. All New Clients will receive a link to this Contract.
